Three Turtles is the business name of 3TX LLC, a California limited liability company (“Three Turtles,” “we,” “us”). We provide back-office operations for bar associations and other volunteer-run organizations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a preview on our website, we collect your name, email address, and organization. When you email, call, or text us, we receive your contact details (such as your email address and phone number) and the content of your message.
Information about your organization. To build a preview, we review your organization’s publicly available website and public materials.
Client information. When we provide services to an organization, we handle the records it shares with us (for example, member, event, and sponsor information) only to perform those services, under our agreement with that organization.
Website analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and build the preview you requested
To schedule and hold calls and meetings, and to follow up on them
To provide, support, and improve our services
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

How you opt in. We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number, for example by sharing it in an email, on a call, or when scheduling a meeting with us, and who have agreed to receive texts from us.

What we send. Conversational and service messages: scheduling and confirming calls, meeting reminders, and follow-ups about our services. We do not send marketing blasts. Message frequency varies.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and calendar, phone and text messaging, video conferencing, and AI tools that help draft documents and previews. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Client organizations own their records; when an engagement ends, we return or delete them as our agreement provides.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we honor those requests.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
